Are you an official Red Bull Racing Esports retailer?

Yes, we are the official retailer and the only place you can buy the full Red Bull Racing Esports range. 

How can I pay for my order?

Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout payment page where you can choose how to pay for your order. These include:

  • Visa and MasterCard (including pre-paid cards)
  • Maestro
  • Pay Pal
  • Amazon Pay

Can I view the prices in my local currency? 

We offer our customers the option to view prices in a variety of currencies when browsing and purchasing through our site. Selectable currencies include GBP, AUD, USD, JPY, CAD, EURO and NZD. When a currency is selected, the price is shown in the chosen currency according to the most recent exchange rate. Please note that the currency conversion shown is only a guide and the actual currency conversion that will be charged by your chosen payment method may vary.

Upon checkout, all products and shipping methods will be shown in the chosen currency and customers will also see the amount ultimately charged in GBP. Unfortunately, GBP is the only currency available to transact in.

How much will my customs fees be?

Customs fees and duty varies for every country, so it is best if you get in touch with your local customs office to find out before you purchase. The costs are not driven by us but are controlled by the local government.

When will I receive my Pre-Order? 

We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific delivery date. We will however specify the latest despatch date. Please allow time thereafter for delivery to your destination. You can read more about Pre-Orders and delivery here.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries globally.

Where is my order? 

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from us yet, then contact us here and we will investigate. Please remember if we have just had a big release, we might be a little slower at getting orders out or if you have ordered a pre-order item, the shipping deadline for those products are different (and we won't despatch your order until all products are available). If you have received a shipping notification, consult your tracking number for the latest update on where your order is.
